Dream - PT Hyundai Motors Indonesia also enlivened the Indonesia International Motor Show (IIMS) 2024 at Jiexpo, Kemayoran. This South Korean manufacturer introduced the latest model of Hyundai CRETA Alpha for the first time in the country.
Hyundai emphasizes the launch of CRETA Alpha to assert its position as a reliable, stylish, and attention-grabbing Sport Utility Vehicle (SUV) on the road. This SUV is claimed to be suitable for accompanying users in their daily mobility or long-distance trips out of town.
President Director of PT Hyundai Motors Indonesia, Woojune Cha, said as a game changer in the automotive world, Hyundai is committed to continuously innovating in delivering excellent product lines that can meet the needs of the community. "We are now realizing this commitment by introducing the latest edition of Hyundai CRETA, namely CRETA Alpha, which offers a choice of matte colors that are certainly equipped with modern designs and advanced features to provide a stylish driving experience," said Woojune Cha.
Hyundai Creta Alpha comes in three color options, namely Optic White Matte, Magnetic Silver Matte, and Midnight Black Matte. These new colors make the Creta Alpha look more bold and elegant.
Hyundai CRETA Alpha also comes with the latest exterior and interior design.
CRETA Alpha is offered at a price of Rp421,800,000 (on-the-road Jakarta), using features from the Hyundai Creta Prime type.
Every color option has a uniform exterior appearance of the vehicle, starting from the roof, roof rail, door handle, skid plate, c-pillar garnish, to the front, side, and rear body kit, carrying the monochrome concept.
In addition, CRETA Alpha is also equipped with special accents that cannot be found in previous Hyundai CRETA models. This time, CRETA Alpha comes with a unique Door Spot Lamp with CRETA Alpha Logo, a new emblem on the floor mat, and front seats with special embroidery that enhances the bold interior appearance.
Creta Alpha adopts the Smartstream 1.5L engine equipped with Intelligent Variable Transmission (IVT). This car is capable of maximizing fuel efficiency and providing a smoother and more responsive driving experience. Creta Alpha can achieve a maximum power of up to 115 ps/6,300 rpm with a maximum torque of up to 143.8 Nm/4,500 rpm. This car is already equipped with Hyundai SmartSense to enhance safety and comfort.
The Hyundai Smartsense features in the Creta Alpha include Forward Collision-Avoidance Assist (FCA), which will alert the driver if there is a potential collision from the front. Meanwhile, Blind-Spot Collision-Avoidance Assist (BCA) will monitor and warn of potential collisions in the unseen areas while parallel parking. Rear Cross-Traffic Collision-Avoidance Assist (RCCA) is also present to help the driver detect approaching objects or vehicles when reversing. There is also Lane Following Assist (LFA) to keep the car in a safe lane.
Creta Alpha also has Lane Keeping Assist (LKA) feature that alerts the driver when the car deviates from its intended lane. Creta Alpha is also equipped with Driver Attention Warning (DAW) that can assess and analyze the user's driving behavior, and Safe Exit Warning (SEW) to monitor the blind spot area so that passengers can safely exit the vehicle.
