Vocal exercises, including physical exercises and sports, are routinely undertaken to maintain the body's vitality, including the stability of the voice. Apparently, this started from the morning habit of singing the hit song "Menghapus Jejakmu". Ariel has a special ritual every morning. He usually does stretching and simple movements 1x15 times. He does these movements to prepare his body for the day. Ariel also always tries to exercise regularly and get enough sleep, but sometimes it cannot be done.

"However, it turns out that the world is not that ideal. It's possible that when you want to rest, suddenly there's work. Because there are many things that we have to do, so it's not ideal. That's when we need a support system like vitamins or milk. When we have many activities, we can't stop all of those activities because it will actually cause stress," said Ariel during the Indomilk Steril press conference event "Click to get Real!" in Jakarta on Wednesday, May 15, 2024."

"Kalau libur, jadwalnya gak ada, kelakuannya random. Hari ini bisa main bola, besok bisa paragliding, habis itu bisa apa lagi karena free, jadi tetap capek walau libur," ujar Ariel. Salah satu kebiasaan Ariel yang juga selalu dilakukannya demi menjaga vitalitas tubuh ternyata rutin minum susu. Ia bahkan menjadi brand ambassador Indomilk dan terlibat dalam keseruan kampanye "Click to get Riil!".
