Dream - Sleepiness makes many people reluctant to eat large portions when enjoying the suhoor menu. In fact, there are many who only eat dates during suhoor and then go back to sleep until dawn.
Perhaps for those who are accustomed, eating dates is enough to hold hunger until dusk arrives. But for those who are not used to doing it, they will definitely feel hungry when the day is already progressing to noon.
If Sahabat Dream needs to eat in large portions to stay hungry all day, make sure the food choices are really right. Food that contains a lot of protein will help you stay energized and not easily hungry while fasting. You can make seasoned ground chicken that is practical to process as a high-protein side dish for suhoor. Check out the recipe from Lifestyle Content Creator, Elaine Hanafi below.
"Ingredients:"
500 grams ground chicken 3 cloves of garlic 2 cloves of shallot 1/3 onion Chili pepper according to taste 200 ml water 2 tablespoons oyster sauce 2 tablespoons soy sauce 1 tablespoon fish sauce 1 tablespoon low-sodium sweet soy sauce 2 cm ginger Salt Pepper Mushroom broth Egg Spring onion Fried shallots according to taste
"How to Make Savory Ground Chicken"
Step 1: Cut or slice several ingredients such as onions and chili, then set aside.
"Step 2"
Enter slices of shallots, garlic, onions, and chili into a glass or bowl. Add water, oyster sauce, soy sauce, fish sauce, sweet soy sauce, salt, pepper, ginger, and mushroom broth.
"Step 3"
Cook ground meat in a pan without oil. Pour the pre-mixed sauce into a glass and stir the mixture until cooked.
Add a little cornstarch solution if you want to make a thicker sauce. If necessary, add sliced vegetables such as long beans, bell peppers, green beans, or peas to increase the fiber content.
Pour cooked ground chicken over rice or pasta. Add sunny-side-up eggs, scallions, and fried onions to make it even more delicious when eaten as a suhoor menu.
