Ingredients: 250 gr all-purpose flour cakra 150-165 ml water 7 gr yeast A pinch of salt 1 tbsp sugar Filling ingredients: 100-150 gr peanuts 35 gr butter or margarine 15 gr sugar
How to Make: Mix yeast with a little warm water and a little sugar. Let it dissolve and foam. Add flour, salt, sugar, and water. Stir well, add yeast. Knead the dough until elastic for 15 minutes. Grease a bowl with oil, place the dough and cover the bowl with plastic or a wet cloth. Let it sit for 1 hour until the dough rises. Blend peeled peanuts until smooth. Melt butter in a frying pan, fry peanuts with sugar until the sugar dissolves and combines with the peanuts. Remove from heat and let it cool.
Remove and divide the dough into about 50-60 gr. Roll each dough, add the peanut filling. Then fold or pinch the dough to merge and round it. Coat with flour. Place the dough in a pan, let it rise. Turn on low heat on the frying pan, place the bread at a distance. Let it sit for about 3 minutes until the bread rises. Bake the dough on the frying pan for about 3 minutes again. Cover and let it sit again until the bread turns yellow. Flip the bread and bake each side until it turns brownish. Peanut bread is ready to be served.
Ingredients: 40 pcs instant bread 175 gr peanuts 175 gr dried coconut 100 gr liquid milk 80 gr condensed milk 1 tsp salt 4 tbsp granulated sugar Sesame seeds for sprinkling on top of bread Food coloring (optional, can be skipped)
How to Make: Crush all the nuts finely, then bake until cooked, remove and set aside. Mix the food coloring with dried coconut. Combine everything together and ready to be used as bread filling. Insert the bread filling into the bread, bake until cooked. Peanut bread is ready to be served. Source: Diadona.
