Ingredients: 500 grams of wheat flour, 200 ml of thick coconut milk, 150 grams of granulated sugar, 2 eggs, 1/2 teaspoon of salt, Oil for frying.

               

How to make: Mix flour, sugar, and salt in a large bowl. Stir until all ingredients are evenly mixed. Add eggs to the flour mixture, then gradually add coconut milk while stirring continuously until a smooth and non-sticky dough is formed. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Take a small amount of dough, then flatten it using your hands or a rolling pin until it forms a round and thin shape like spring roll skin.

Fry the dough in hot oil until both sides are browned and puffed. Make sure to flip it evenly for perfect cooking.
