4 eggs 200 ml chicken broth that has been dissolved in water 1 scallion 2 teaspoons fish sauce Sesame oil
Step 1: Slice the spring onion leaves and dissolve the chicken broth first. Prepare a hotpot pot or a regular pot with a lid. Crack the egg and add the dissolved chicken broth, fish sauce, and sliced spring onion leaves.
Shake the eggs and heat them over low heat. Don't forget to cover the pan so that the eggs cook evenly and have a soft texture all the way to the top. Leave it for a while until the eggs are completely cooked.
