"Ingredients:"

"400 grams of chicken breast1/2 teaspoon of baking soda4 cloves of garlic1.5 tablespoons of tapioca flour1 tablespoon of oyster sauce1 tablespoon of fish sauce1/2 teaspoon of salt1 teaspoon of chicken powderA pinch of pepper1 egg white5-7 tablespoons of water2 tablespoons of sliced green onions1 egg yolk"

"Ingredients for sambal:"

3 red chili peppers 4 cloves of garlic 300 ml boiled water Salt Pepper Powdered broth Powdered sugar

"How to Make Chicken Sempol"

Step 1: Chop the chicken and put it into a blender. Add tapioca flour, garlic, baking soda, egg white, water, salt, fish sauce, oyster sauce, chicken powder broth, and pepper. Blend until smooth.

Step 3 Shape the dough by poking it with a satay stick to make it look like chicken meatballs sold by street vendors. Step 4 Beat 1 egg and dip all the chicken meatball dough into the beaten egg. Boil the chicken meatballs in boiling water until cooked.

Bake the cooked chicken sempol in a non-stick pan to make it more smokey and chewy in texture. The taste will also be more delicious compared to just boiling it.

Make the sambal by boiling the chopped chili and garlic, then blend it using a blender. After that, put the sambal into a plastic bag containing several skewers of chicken balls to make it taste like school snacks.
