Recipe Nastar Keju Edam Wisman

Ingredients: 5 egg yolks, 400 grams of wheat flour, 75 grams of Edam cheese, 100 grams of Wijsman butter, 75 grams of butter, 150 grams of Blueband margarine, 50 grams of powdered sugar, 3 sachets of milk powder, 2 tablespoons of cornstarch, 50 grams of cheddar cheese, sufficient pineapple jam.

How to Make: Prepare a container, put in butter, roombutter, and powdered sugar. Mix with high speed until pale white. Add one egg yolk at a time while continuing to mix with medium speed. Turn off the mixer, then add grated edam cheese. Stir with a spatula until well mixed. Add powdered milk, stir evenly with a spatula.

Enter a little by little of sifted cornstarch and wheat flour. Knead the dough until smooth, then shape it into round balls and fill them with pineapple and place them in a baking pan. Repeat until the dough is finished. Brush the Edam cheese pineapple tart with egg yolk on top and sprinkle with cheese. Bake the cake in the oven for about 20 minutes, remove and let it cool. Ready to serve.
