Recipe for Simple Fruit Asinan Ingredients:1 mango, cut as desired2 honey pineapples, cut as desired2 jicamas, cut as desired3 snake fruits, cut as desired5 tablespoons fried peanuts1 tablespoon salt, adjust to taste3 red bird's eye chilies, boiled first3 bird's eye chilies3 tablespoons apple cider vinegar (or regular vinegar), adjust to taste7 red chilies, boiled first9 tablespoons granulated sugar, adjust to taste1000 ml water

How to make: Prepare the fruit and wash it until clean, peel, and cut according to taste. Boil the chili briefly until wilted to eliminate the pungent smell and the broth turns red, then drain. Cut the chili and blend it with a little water from 1000 ml. Prepare a pot and put in the blended chili, remaining water, sugar, salt, and vinegar, then cook until boiling. Make sure the taste of the broth is strong before mixing it with the fruit.

Lift and let it warm up or reach room temperature. Strain the broth and then pour it into a container with fruit. Leave the bowl with fruit and broth in the refrigerator until the seasoning is fully absorbed. The fruit salad is ready to be served.

Ingredients:
1 cucumber, cut into pieces
1 jicama, peeled and cut into pieces
1 pineapple, peeled and rinsed with saltwater, then cut into pieces
½ tablespoon tamarind, adjust to taste
2 tablespoons brown sugar
3 tablespoons granulated sugar
400 ml water
A pinch of salt
½ teaspoon roasted shrimp paste
5 red bird's eye chili peppers
10 curly red chili peppers

               

How to Make:Prepare ingredients such as terasi, red chili, bird's eye chili, then blend them using a blenderPrepare a pot and boil water. Add the blended spices, granulated sugar, brown sugar, tamarind, and dissolved sugar.Once it boils, turn off the heat and let it cool down to room temperature.Place the fruit slices in a container.
