Ingredients:1 large dory fish1 carrot (cut into matchstick shapes)1/2 clove of onion (thinly sliced)2 cloves of garlic (chopped)1 tablespoon oyster sauce3 tablespoons tomato sauce1 tablespoon cornstarchGround pepperSaltSugarWaterCooking oil

               

How to make: Clean the fish, cut into pieces, squeeze lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Let it sit for 15 minutes. Coat the fish with cornstarch and salt, then fry in hot oil. Set aside. Heat a little oil in a pan, then sauté the onions until fragrant. Add carrots, stir briefly, add oyster sauce, tomato sauce, and enough water. Add salt, sugar, and pepper to taste, mix well. Mix cornstarch with a little water, dissolve it and then add it to the sauté. Cook until the sauce thickens. Prepare the fried dory fish on a serving plate, then pour sweet and sour sauce over it.
