Dream - Fuyunghai, or also known as Egg Foo Young, is a popular dish originating from Southern China. Made by mixing eggs with various vegetables, this dish has become a favorite in Indonesia.

Dough Ingredients: 1 stalk of scallion, 1 carrot, 2 cabbage leaves, 2 eggs, 25 gr of minced chicken, salt as needed, pepper powder as needed. Sauce Ingredients: 1 tsp of sweet soy sauce, 1 tbsp of margarine, 2 tbsp of chili sauce, 5 tbsp of water, sufficient amount of onion, a pinch of salt.
How to make: Prepare a container and mix all the fuyunghai dough ingredients, stir until evenly mixed. Prepare a frying pan and heat the oil. Fry until cooked or golden brown, remove and drain. Sauté the onion with margarine, then add all the sauce ingredients. Stir well, then cook until slightly thickened. Once cooked, remove and serve the fuyunghai with the sauce drizzle.
Ingredients: 200 gr shrimp meat, finely chopped1 carrot, grated1 tbsp sago flour1 large scallion, finely chopped1.5 tsp salt2 tbsp wheat flour3 slices of cabbage, thinly sliced5 eggs, beatenSauce Ingredients:1 tbsp vinegar1 tbsp cornstarch2 tbsp canned peas2 cloves garlic, sliced6 tbsp tomato sauce200 ml water / broth
How to Make: Mix cabbage with shrimp, carrots, wheat flour, sago, and scallions. Season with salt and pepper, then stir evenly. Add beaten eggs and stir again, then divide into 2-3 portions. Prepare a frying pan and heat a lot of oil, make sure it is really hot. Pour one portion of the batter and cook until firm, flip the batter.
Fry again until it turns brown, lift and drain. Prepare a pan and heat a little oil. Sauté garlic together with other ingredients (except cornstarch), adjust the taste according to preference.
