"If you want to store it, you can directly copy it into a closed container and store it in the freezer to make it last longer. Don't forget to cut the meat according to the cooking portion so that you don't have to bother cutting it before cooking."

Cut the meat along the grain if you want to make large pieces. Meanwhile, smaller pieces of meat should be cut against the grain.
