"Cooking time is 90 minutes. We will start with 2 batches, 10 participants will start first, then the remaining 9 will start 30 minutes later. This is to prevent participants from finishing at the same time. Then, the judges need time to taste each contestant's dish for 2-3 minutes so that the food remains warm. Especially for lamb, it is not tasty when consumed cold. So, we will try to ensure that we get the best taste when the participants are finished," said Chef Vindex when explaining the technical implementation of the competition.

After going through a fairly long judging process, 'Lambtastic Battle' was won by Chef Bima Prabuwijaya from Ante Resto Jakarta. He received a prize of Rp5 million and a travel ticket to Perth, Australia to experience Western Australian cuisine firsthand.

Chef Bima cooked lamb rack with 3 waste, one of which was made into a mousse infused into morel mushrooms. Then, he also made croquettes using stew technique and lamb chops coated with mustard, coconut, and salad.
