Ingredients: 100 gr sago pearls, 2 pandan leaves, 150 gr granulated sugar (adjust to taste), 400-500 ml coconut milk, 800 ml water, a pinch of salt.
How to Make: Boil 800 ml of water until it boils, then add pearl tapioca. Add pandan leaves and boil for approximately 5 minutes. Turn off the stove, let it sit for approximately 30 minutes with a tightly closed pot. After approximately 30 minutes, if it is still not cooked, stir and boil again for approximately 7 minutes, let it sit with a covered pot for 15 minutes.
After perfectly cooked, season with granulated sugar and mix well. Adjust the taste according to each person's preference. Thicken the sauce with 1 tablespoon of tapioca starch solution. Cook until done, set aside. Prepare a pot and cook coconut milk sauce together with pandan leaves and a little salt. Let it boil and cook until done. Pearl porridge is ready to be served while still warm.

How to Make: Boil pearls in boiling water with the 5.30.7 method together with pandan and salt. Cook twice with the 5.30.7 method, pour water until submerged. After soft and cooked, add granulated sugar. Cook until thickened and cooked, add cornstarch solution and water if you want it thicker, then stir.
