Quoting from giogeagles.com.sg, instant noodles do not contain vitamin A, vitamin C, vitamin B12, and several other essential nutrients needed by the body.

Consuming instant noodles too often can also be harmful to health, as the high sodium content can increase blood pressure, and the salt content can also cause liver damage. Not only that, in a video post on account X @cooltechtipz, it shows the presence of dangerous microorganisms in instant noodles.

In the video, a researcher can be seen examining instant noodles with a microscope. After zooming in, a living organism is found inside the instant noodles. The microorganism is then extracted using tweezers and placed under the magnifying glass of the microscope. It is revealed that the microorganism is still alive. Not stopping there, to prove that the microorganism is still alive, the researcher takes the instant noodles, crushes them, and places them in a glass container under the magnifying glass.

"Then water is dropped on it, the researcher then observes it under a microscope. The result is that the microorganisms move and try to escape to the side that is not exposed to water. 'The image of the noodles we consume every day under a microscope,' wrote the caption in the video."

Netizens are made excited by the video, because instant noodles have become a staple food in Indonesia. They provide suggestions for the microorganisms to die and instant noodles to be safely consumed.

One of them suggested that the organism should be killed by cooking it at a temperature of 149 degrees Fahrenheit or approximately 65 degrees Celsius. Another netizen said that if the instant noodles sample being studied has expired, there may be many microorganisms inside.

"Perhaps this sample has already expired. Previously, you must indicate its production date," said another netizen.

Regardless of whether the organism exists or not, it should be noted that frequently consuming instant noodles is not good for health. This can cause a number of serious health risks.
