Recipe for Soto Bandung with Radish

Ingredients: 700 gr beef, 1 stalk of celery, 1 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tsp lemon juice, 2 radishes, 2 stalks of spring onion, 2 liters of water for boiling the meat, 2 stalks of lemongrass, crushed, 5 cm ginger, crushed.

               

Ingredients: Fine Seasoning: 1 tsp ground pepper ½ tbsp salt 4 cloves of garlic 5 cloves of shallots Complementary Ingredients: Soto chili sauce as needed Lemon as needed Tempeh chips as needed

How to Make: Prepare the meat and pressure cook for 20 minutes, do not discard the leftover broth. Slice the radish and sprinkle with salt, then squeeze and rinse until clean. Prepare the ingredients for the spice paste and blend or grind them. Sauté the spice paste until cooked with lemongrass, lemon juice, ginger, broth, radish, and sliced beef. Cook until boiling. Season with soy sauce, then add sliced spring onions and celery. Mix well and cook until done, adjust the taste according to personal preference. Once cooked, remove from heat and serve.

Ingredients: - ¼ kg beef - 1 liter water - 1 radish Ground spice ingredients: - 4 cloves of garlic - 4 shallots - 1 tsp flavor enhancer (or mushroom broth) - 1 piece of galangal - 1 stalk of lemongrass - 1 bay leaf - 2 tsp salt Complementary ingredients: - Fried soybeans as needed - Chopped scallions as needed - Celery as needed - Sambal as needed

               

How to Make: Boil beef until tender. Mash garlic and shallots, then sauté. Add the sautéed garlic mixture to the boiled beef. Also add the spices. Add boiled radish. Season with salt and seasoning, adjust the taste according to each person's preference. Once cooked, remove from heat and serve with additional ingredients. Source: Diadona.id
