Every taxpayer must report the tax return. However, there are many taxpayers who do not report the tax return due to forgetting the Electronic filing identification number (EFIN). EFIN is a unique number issued by the Directorate General of Taxes for taxpayers.

"To report the Annual Tax Return (SPT), the Taxpayer must first log in to the registered account in the Directorate General of Taxes through EFIN. So what if you forget your EFIN? Here are the steps to ensure that you do not report the SPT late:"

Download M-Pajak application. Select the "Menu" located in the top left corner. You will be directed to the login page. Next, select "Forgot Efin?" located at the bottom. After that, you will be asked to fill in the data including name, place of birth, date of birth, address, RT, RW, village, NPWP, and NIK.

After completing the data, there will be a face verification. Then, a confirmation question will appear stating that the filled data is complete. If you feel confident, select the "YES" option. Finally, choose the method of sending the EFIN verification code, either through SMS or EMAIL.
