Dream - Minister of State Apparatus Utilization Reform and Bureaucracy (PANRB), Abdullah Azwar Anas revealed that there are several regions and agencies that did not submit recruitment formation forms for Civil Servant Candidate (CASN) 2024.
"There are several (regions) that have not yet proposed formations, there are agencies that do not submit proposals," said Anas as quoted from Merdeka.com, Thursday, March 14, 2024."
Azwar Anas stated that proposing formations is very important for the continuity of CASN 2024 recruitment. Moreover, this year the government targets to be able to accept as many as 2.3 million CASN formations.
"Well, this is our hope for immediate action, let's keep the ball rolling. So, if we are going to do a ball pick up, let our friends in the area quickly propose a formation that is still possible to be held,""
Bright Anas.
Former Regent of Banyuwangi said, the reason why some regions do not apply for formations is mostly due to the very high employee expenses.
Anas is worried that if the region or institution does not submit formations, it will disrupt the targeted absorption of honorary workers, which must be completed by December 2024.
"Some of those areas sometimes spend a lot on their employees, our hope is still adjusted but don't let former THK II become victims, because he will be a priority,""
