Dream - Spanish clothing retail brand, Zara, has faced public criticism after releasing its latest advertising campaign. The campaign depicts images resembling the conditions of genocide in Gaza, Palestine. It even features props in the form of statues with missing body parts. Models casually pose in the background of dusty ruins. The campaign, themed 'The Jacket', has gained even more attention for showcasing bodies wrapped in white shroud-like cloth, which is synonymous with Islamic burials.

"The campaign, conceptualized in July and photographed in September, depicts photos of unfinished statues in a sculptor's studio and is created with the sole purpose of showcasing handmade clothing in an artistic manner," the photo posted by Zara on the official Instagram account @zara read.
