Dream - Ramadan month is always a special moment for Muslims around the world. One of the highly anticipated things is the time to break the fast together with family.
For those who enjoy cooking, preparing iftar meals can be a pleasant activity. Usually, a special menu that is only available during Ramadan is served.
No need to worry about the lack of ingredients or limited time, because there are several simple yet delicious iftar menu recipes that only use 3 main ingredients.
Pisang Gapit Saus Kinca Translated to English: "Banana Gapit with Kinca Sauce"
Ingredients: 1 bunch of kepok bananas (can use other types of bananas) 250 grams of brown sugar 250 ml of coconut milk (can be replaced with liquid milk)
How to make: Make kinca sauce: thinly slice brown sugar, then dissolve it in water. Lift and strain it to make it smooth. Boil the strained brown sugar, add 1 pandan leaf (optional for additional aroma). Then pour coconut milk or liquid milk. Stir until the sauce thickens, set aside first. If you want it to be thicker, you can add cornstarch solution. Peel and flatten the sliced bananas, set aside. Heat a non-stick pan, lightly spread with margarine, and grill the bananas until both sides are cooked. Arrange the bananas on a serving plate, pour kinca sauce over them.
Cake Cucur 3 Simple Ingredients
Ingredients: - 250 grams rice flour - 250 ml water - 250 grams palm sugar (brown sugar)
How to make: Mix rice flour, finely grated palm sugar, and water. Stir well with a ballon whisk for approximately 15 minutes. Prepare a concave pan, heat the oil and pour one spoonful of the batter into it. Cook until the cucur cake is cooked. Remove from heat. Repeat until the batter is finished. Ready to be served for breaking the fast menu.
Shaved Grass Jelly with Palm Sugar
Ingredients: 1 block of black cincau, 250 grams of brown sugar, 1000 ml of full cream liquid milk.
How to Make: Mix brown sugar with water, then boil until dissolved. If you want to add a more delicious aroma, add pandan leaves. Cool the brown sugar solution, then strain and set aside. Grate black grass jelly, arrange in a glass. Add the sugar liquid. Pour in the liquid milk, stir and add ice cubes. Ready to serve. Source: Diadona.id
