Recipe Simple Sambal Kecap Ulek

Ingredients: 10 pieces of rawit chili 3 cloves of garlic 2 cloves of shallot Sweet soy sauce Sugar Salt Seasoning 1 slice of lime Cooking oil

               

How to Make Simple Chili Soy Sauce: Heat cooking oil, pour in shallots and garlic and chili, cover with lid. When it is slightly dry, turn off the heat and drain. Place it in a mortar, pound until smooth, then add a little sugar, salt, and a little seasoning. Mix well, pour in sweet soy sauce as needed. Taste it, add a slice of lime and pound a little.

Ingredients for Grilled Fish Kecap Sambal: 1 red tomato (diced), 3 shallots (coarsely sliced), 5 bird's eye chilies (finely chopped), 1/2 teaspoon of lime juice, Sweet soy sauce to taste.

               

How to Make Grilled Fish Soy Sauce Sambal:Slice the chili, shallots, and tomatoes coarsely. Add sweet soy sauce and squeeze lime juice, then mix well so that the soy sauce is evenly mixed. Serve grilled carp fish with delicious soy sauce sambal.

Ingredients for Grilled Chicken Soy Sauce Sambal: 50 ml sweet soy sauce, 5 shallots, 3 cloves of garlic, 1/2 red tomato (diced small), 10 red bird's eye chilies (sliced small), 1 lime (squeeze the juice), salt to taste.

               

How to Make Grilled Chicken Soy Sauce Sambal: Prepare a small bowl to be used as a container for the sambal. Slice the garlic and shallots, then put them into the prepared bowl. Add pieces of tomato and sliced bird's eye chili into the bowl with the onions, then mix well. Add sweet soy sauce and a little salt, then mix again.
