Although the ingredients and seasonings are almost the same as other mie nyemek, its uniqueness lies in the way of adding eggs. Usually in mie nyemek recipe, eggs are cooked separately and added when boiling instant noodles. However, in this Indomie Cak Su recipe, the eggs are added together with the boiling water. This technique produces a thick and creamy broth.

Besides that, Indomie Cak Su's recipe also utilizes the unique taste of Indomie Aceh fried noodles, which perfectly combines sweetness, savory, spiciness, and sourness. It doesn't have to be the same variant, many also try this recipe using the original flavor of Indomie fried noodles. One thing to note is the portion size, especially if you are on a diet or trying to lose weight. One bowl of this instant noodle hack contains around 450 calories, equivalent to twice the calories found in one serving of white rice.

Ingredients Indomie Cak Su:

Ingredients: 1 pack of Aceh fried indomie noodles, 1 egg, 300 ml water, 1 tbsp sweet soy sauce, 1 tbsp sambal sauce, 1/4 tsp powdered pepper, Pakcoy

               

"How to Make:"

First, prepare a pan, add water and boil until boiling. Then add the eggs and scramble until fluffy. Well, to get a soft fluffy boiled egg texture, use medium to low heat and keep stirring! Add the noodles, then cook until half cooked.

               

Then put all the spices into the noodles, except fried onions. Also add sweet soy sauce, chili sauce, and powdered pepper. Stir the noodles until well mixed with all the spices and cook until the water reduces or according to taste. Done! Source: Diadona.
