How to Make Fluffy Pancakes: First, prepare a container and mix together flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Stir until everything is well mixed. Second, in another container, mix milk, melted butter, and vanilla. Beat until everything is evenly mixed. Then, pour the milk mixture into the flour mixture.
Do this process while stirring slowly to make a smooth dough. Third, prepare another dry container. Then, beat the egg whites with cream of tartar. Make sure you beat it until it becomes smooth. After that, pour the beaten egg whites into the flour mixture. Stir gently until all the ingredients are evenly mixed.
Fourth, prepare a flat non-stick pan, heat it over medium heat. Then, lightly grease it with butter. Fifth, scoop the fluffy pancake batter with an ice cream scoop. Then, pour it onto the pan. Cook by covering the pan until the bottom part of the batter appears dry and changes color. Then, flip the pancake while gently pressing it slightly to form a round shape.
