Dream - Enoki mushrooms are so popular because of their delicious taste and chewy texture. These mushrooms from Japan, with the original name enokitake, are usually cooked by boiling them with broth and vegetables.
Usually found in shabu-shabu or hot pot dishes ala China and Korea. This mushroom is very easy to cook, simply soak it briefly in hot water, and the mushroom is ready to be enjoyed.
Apart from being boiled, enoki can also be prepared in various ways. It can be deep-fried with flour to make it crispy, or stir-fried. It is also very easy to cook. For those of you who want to try cooking this mushroom, here is an easy recipe that can be followed.
Ingredients: - 2 packs of enoki mushrooms - 1 pack of all-purpose flour - ½ tsp of pepper - ½ tsp of chili powder - Salt and powdered broth as needed - 1 egg - Sufficient amount of cooking oil
How to Make: - Cut the root of the enoki mushrooms, then wash thoroughly and drain. - Cut the enoki mushrooms according to taste. Set aside. - Prepare eggs and beat them. - Prepare a plate and pour flour, add salt, chicken broth, black pepper, and chili powder, mix well. - Take the enoki mushrooms, then dip them into the beaten eggs. - Coat with flour and repeat until all the enoki mushrooms are coated. - Heat oil in a frying pan, fry the enoki mushrooms until golden brown and cooked over medium heat. - Serve the mushrooms while still warm with chili sauce.

- 1 tablespoon of mushroom broth - 2 tablespoons of butter - 3 tablespoons of fried shallots - Sesame seeds as needed - 1/2 teaspoon of salt (to taste) - 1 tablespoon of sugar
- 6 cloves of garlic, finely chopped - 1/2 large-sized onion - 1 cm ginger
How to make: - Boil enoki mushrooms briefly, then drain and place in a container. - Heat butter, sauté onions until slightly wilted, add garlic and ginger until fragrant while stirring. - Add fried shallots, mix well, then add gochujang, gochugaru, and mushroom broth. - Add enough water, add pepper, salt, and a little sugar. - Let it simmer while stirring, then add enoki mushrooms and coat them with the seasoning, sprinkle with sesame seeds. - Enoki is ready to be eaten.
