Ingredients:1 tail (600-700) grams of mackerel, cut into 5 pieces1 tablespoon of lime juice½ teaspoon of salt2 stalks of lemongrass (bruised)6 bay leaves1 teaspoon of Royco Mushroom Broth100 ml of cooking oil

Ingredients for Sambal Balado Cabe Ijo (Green Chili Balado Sauce): - 100 grams of curly green chili - 100 grams of green bird's eye chili - 5 pieces of green tomatoes - 150 grams of shallots - 4 cloves of garlic

How to Make Spicy Green Chili Tuna Fish

The first step is to prepare all the ingredients correctly. Then, clean the mackerel fish first and cut it into several pieces according to taste. After that, coat the mackerel fish with lime juice and salt. Then, let it sit for 15 minutes.

               

Next, prepare the oil and heat it first in a frying pan. Then, fry the mackerel and make sure both sides are cooked. It is important to note that during the process of frying the mackerel, make sure not to fry it for too long. This is to avoid the mackerel from drying out and becoming tough. Once it is deemed cooked, lift the mackerel and set it aside first.

Next, proceed to the cooking stage of making green chili tuna. Blend all the ingredients for the balado sauce according to taste. Reheat the remaining oil used to fry the tuna, then add the blended green balado sauce. Add lemongrass, kaffir lime leaves, and cook until a fragrant aroma is detected.

Beri pula royco kaldu jamur, aduk-aduk kembali, masak hingga bumbu dirasa matang. baru kemudian, masukkan ikan tongkol yang telah digoreng. Aduk-aduk secara perlahan agar ikan tidak hancur. Masak hingga bumbu balado tercampur rata dengan ikan. Lakukan pengetasan rasa, jika sudah pas biarkan sejenak hingga mendidih, dan angkat. Maka, ikan tongkol balado cabe ijo sudah siap disajikan.
