Ingredients for BBQ Seasoning: 1/2 onion, diced2 cloves of garlic, finely chopped6 tablespoons of Worcestershire sauce7 tablespoons of tomato sauce1 teaspoon of salt2 tablespoons of granulated sugar, or to tasteA pinch of pepperA pinch of sesame seedsEggplant Ingredients:1 large eggplant, cut into squares2 cloves of garlic, finely chopped1 scallion, choppedTo taste, bird's eye chili and red chili

How to Make: Put the chicken pieces in a container, mix with egg white, soy sauce, garlic, and pepper. Stir and set aside. In a separate container, mix cornstarch with garlic powder, pepper, and salt. Stir well. Transfer the chicken to the flour mixture little by little, coat with dry flour, flip back and forth.

Fry with medium heat, set aside when cooked. Make BBQ sauce as follows: sauté garlic and onion until fragrant, then add tomato sauce, Worcestershire sauce, and sugar. You can add a little water, then remove from heat when it thickens. Next, make salted chili eggplants as follows: cut the eggplants into pieces, then fry briefly. Set aside.

Sauté garlic, scallions, and chili until fragrant. Add eggplant, soy sauce, fish sauce, and salt. Stir until dry, remove from heat and set aside.
