This grilled tude fish dish is very suitable as a side dish for lunch or dinner. Take note of the recipe.

Recipe Grilled Tude Fish

Ingredients: 1000 grams of mackerel 2 tablespoons of lime/lemon juice 1 ½ teaspoons of salt 100 ml of water 3 tablespoons of cooking oil/margarine Dabu-Dabu Sambal Ingredients: 25 grams of bird's eye chilies 3 red chilies 6 shallots 200 grams of red and green tomatoes 50 ml of lime/lemon juice ½ teaspoon of salt ½ teaspoon of granulated sugar

               

How to Make: Clean the fish, remove the unused parts. Cut both sides of its body. Put it in a container, add lime juice and salt. Spread it evenly on the fish. Let it sit for 30 minutes or more until the seasoning is absorbed. Make dabu-dabu sauce: slice the bird's eye chili and red chili measuring ½ cm. Then slice the shallots and tomatoes. Mix them with lime juice or lemon juice, add salt and sugar, set aside. Heat the grill over the fire, place the fish on it. Grill while occasionally brushing with oil or margarine.

Cook until both sides change color and are cooked, remove. Serve grilled fish on a plate with a side of sambal dabu-dabu lemon.

Recipe for Simple Grilled Tude Fish with Dabu-Dabu

Ingredients:800 grams (4 pieces) mackerel, sliced2 tablespoons of lemon juice1 teaspoon of saltDabu-Dabu Sauce Ingredients:8 shallots (thinly sliced)7 red bird's eye chilies (thinly sliced)50 grams of red tomatoes (cut into small cubes)50 grams of green tomatoes1 teaspoon of granulated sugar1 tablespoon of lime juice

How to Make: Coat the mackerel with lemon juice, salt, and lime. Let it marinate for about 15 minutes. Prepare a grill or barbecue, grill the fish until cooked. Remove and set aside. Prepare the dabu-dabu sauce by mixing all the ingredients evenly. Ready to serve. Source: Diadona.
