450 grams of minced meat 1 onion 1/2 teaspoon of salt 1/2 teaspoon of pepper 1 tablespoon of soy sauce 2 potatoes 1/2 tomato
400 ml chicken broth 250 ml milk 5 slices of cheddar cheese 3 tsp powdered cheese 1 tsp mushroom broth 1/2 tsp sugar 5 tbsp cornstarch solution 4 pieces of sliced beef
Step 1: Prepare the ingredients, then dice the potatoes, tomatoes, and onions. Also, slice the beef and air fry until crispy texture.
Enter a little oil, ground meat, onions, salt, pepper, and soy sauce into the pot. Stir well and cook until the meat changes color.
Add potatoes, tomatoes, chicken broth, and milk, then mix well. Cook until the potato texture is softer or about 15 minutes.
Insert cheddar slice cheese into the mixture and stir well. Let it simmer for a few moments until the soup boils.
Add powdered cheese, mushroom broth, and sugar. Stir well.
If the cheese has melted completely, add the cornstarch solution, then stir well. Let it sit for 3-5 minutes until the soup thickens.
Add sliced beef that has been airfried into the soup to enhance the meaty flavor and crispy texture. After that, serve the soup when it's raining to make the body feel warmer.
