For Spicy Broth: 100 grams of roasted peanuts. 3 cloves of garlic. 2 red chili peppers (according to desired spiciness). 1 teaspoon of salt. 1 teaspoon of granulated sugar. 500 ml of water. Cooking oil for sautéing.

Mix tapioca flour, wheat flour, salt, ground pepper, and powdered broth evenly in a bowl. Gradually add water until the dough forms and is not sticky. Shape the dough into desired sizes. Heat oil in a frying pan. Fry the dough until golden brown.
