How to Make: Prepare a large bowl, mix flour, butter, eggs, and salt. Stir until all ingredients are evenly mixed. Add water little by little while continuing to knead until the dough is smooth and not sticky to the touch. Make sure the dough has an elastic consistency. After the dough is smooth, let it rest for 15-20 minutes by covering it with a towel or plastic wrap. Take a small amount of dough, flatten it with a rolling pin until thin. Cut the dough according to the desired size.

Take a thin sheet of dough, place beef floss in the middle. Fold the dough in half, then press the edges with a fork to seal the pastel. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Fry the pastel in hot oil until golden and crispy. Remove and drain the fried beef floss pastel using kitchen paper towel to remove excess oil.
