Skin Ingredients: 3 chicken eggs 50 ml mineral water 1 tsp coconut oil Filling Ingredients: 3 tsp spicy mayonnaise for 1 pcs risol 10 grams katsuobushi 1 boiled omega egg Other Ingredients: Bread crumbs Egg coating

"How to Make Low-Calorie Mayo Risol"

Step 1Crack the egg, add mineral water, and beat well. Continue until thoroughly mixed.

Apply a little oil to the pan, then pour in the eggs. Spread it evenly across the pan so that its thickness is neither too thick nor too thin.
