Recipe Snow Princess Fatmah Bahalwan

Ingredients: 250 grams of butter, 100 grams of powdered sugar, 200 grams of cashew nuts (roasted, crushed), 250 grams of wheat flour. Topping: 150 grams of powdered sugar, enough donut sugar.

               

"How to Make Snow White Famah Bahalwan"

Prepare butter and powdered sugar in a bowl. Then, mix until the dough is soft and pale in color. Next, add cashews and flour, mix evenly with a spatula. Then, refrigerate the dough for about 30 minutes. Remove the dough and shape it.

               

Form the dough: take a small amount of dough and shape it into a round shape. You can also shape the dough into crescent moon, star, or other desired shapes. Place the shaped dough into a greased baking pan. Repeat until all the dough is used, then proceed to the baking step. Bake the snow princess cookies in the oven for approximately 20 minutes. Make sure they are cooked through, then remove from the oven and set aside.

While baking, prepare powdered sugar in a container, including powdered sugar donut in a separate container. Next, roll the snow princess cake again in powdered sugar donut until evenly coated. Lift the cake and set aside, put it in a jar. The snow princess cake is ready to be enjoyed as a treat for Eid al-Fitr.
