1. Tomato

2. Fish and Fish Oil

Besides being a source of fatty acids and omega 3 that can help body cells fight inflammation, fish is also rich in protein known to improve skin texture and reduce fine lines caused by natural aging.

               

3. Peanut

Peanuts are the best snack choice because of their good Omega 6 content for heart and brain health. In addition, peanuts also contain various important vitamins and minerals such as vitamin E, magnesium, and selenium which can help maintain skin health, reduce the risk of heart disease, and support the immune system. Therefore, peanuts are suitable for preventing aging.

               

4. Berry

Fruits like strawberries, blackberries, and blueberries contain flavonoids, antioxidants that can fight against cell damage caused by free radicals in the body. Flavonoids also have anti-aging properties that can help maintain healthy and youthful skin. Additionally, the vitamin C content in berries helps in the formation of collagen, a protein that is important for skin strength and elasticity.

               

5. Plain Yogurt

Yogurt is a fermented dairy product that is rich in protein, calcium, and vitamin B12. Protein in yogurt helps in the formation of healthy skin tissue, while calcium and vitamin B12 are important for skin health and the changing metabolism of the body as a person ages.
