Recipe for Simple Balado Tofu and Green Beans
Fine Seasoning: 250 grams of curly red chili, 6 cloves of shallots, 2 cloves of garlic, 2 tomatoes. Main Ingredients: 500 grams of diced potatoes, 1 piece of white tofu (diced), 200 grams of green beans, sufficient oil, 6 pieces of crushed kaffir lime leaves, 2 pieces of crushed bay leaves, 1 teaspoon of oyster sauce, 1 teaspoon of flavor enhancer, 1/2 teaspoon of pepper, 1/2 tablespoon of salt, 100 ml of water.
How to Make: Heat enough oil, fry the diced potatoes until dry. Fry the tofu until half cooked, set aside. Sauté the ground spices until they change color, add the kaffir lime leaves and bay leaves, sauté briefly. Add water, green beans, pepper, flavor enhancer, salt, and oyster sauce. Sauté for 2-3 minutes, add tofu and potatoes. Stir well. Adjust the taste, remove from heat, and the dish is ready to be served.
Recipe for Sauteed Green Beans with Tofu
Ingredients: Tofu, cut into small pieces, fried, and set aside Salted anchovies, fried, and set aside Green beans Bird's eye chili Green chili Tomato Onion Scallion Liquid coconut milk Salt, sugar, pepper, mushroom broth, and sweet soy sauce, to taste
How to Make: Saute chopped onions and chili until fragrant. Add green beans, sauté again until half cooked. Pour in liquid coconut milk into the sauté, season with salt, sugar, pepper, mushroom broth, and sweet soy sauce according to taste. Stir well. Add tomato slices, fried tofu, and salted anchovies.
