Ingredients: 300 grams of boneless and skinless chicken meat, 1 clove of onion, 1 clove of shallot, 3 tablespoons of teriyaki sauce, 2 tablespoons of sesame oil, 2 red bird's eye chilies, 1/2 teaspoon of salt, 1/4 teaspoon of mushroom broth.
How to Make: Thinly slice the chicken meat, then wash it thoroughly first. Marinate it with teriyaki sauce and sesame oil. Let it sit in the refrigerator for about 15 minutes. Slice the onions, shallots, and bird's eye chili. Heat oil in a pan, sauté the shallots and bird's eye chili until wilted. Then, add the onions and sauté until fragrant. Add the chicken meat, stir evenly. Add salt and broth powder, stir well, cook until done. Prepare warm rice in a bowl, arrange the chicken donburi. Ready to serve.
Recipe Donburi Chicken Egg
Ingredients: 100 grams of chicken meat, 2 eggs, 1/2 clove of onion, 1 packet of Saori teriyaki sauce, 50 ml of water, 2 tablespoons of cooking oil, 2 bowls of white rice.
How to make: Cut the chicken meat into small pieces, then set aside. Slice the onion, then set aside. Heat the cooking oil in a pan, add the chicken meat and onion. Stir-fry until fragrant. Add 1 packet of Saori saur teriyaki sauce, mix well, and cook until done. Heat the oil again in a separate pan, scramble the eggs until cooked, then remove from heat.
