Main Ingredients: 300 gr chicken intestines Intestine Boiling Ingredients: 1 stalk lemongrass, crushed 1 finger-sized ginger, crushed 5 pieces of torn kaffir lime leaves Ground Spices: 1 tsp roasted coriander 1 finger-sized turmeric, grilled ½ tsp peppercorns 3 cloves of garlic 4 candlenuts, roasted 5 cloves of shallots Chili as desired

1 tablespoon of brown sugar 2 stalks of lemongrass, crushed 2 bay leaves 3 torn kaffir lime leaves Sweet soy sauce as needed Salt as needed Sufficient cooking oil Sufficient water.

How to Make: Prepare the intestines and wash them until clean. Boil with the boiling ingredients, lift and drain. Prepare the finely ground seasoning ingredients and grind them using a blender or mortar and pestle. Prepare a frying pan and heat the cooking oil.
