There are various choices of snacks suitable for consumption in the afternoon. One easy snack to restore energy is brownies. This cake usually has a rich chocolate flavor. 250 grams of chocolate bars 150 grams of margarine 3 eggs 150 grams of sugar A pinch of vanilla essence 150 grams of flour 75 grams of cocoa powder 150 grams of melted cheese 70 grams of sweetened condensed milk with vanilla flavor 1 egg yolk
"How to Make Cheesy Brownies"
Step 1Melt the chocolate and margarine in a bowl. Stir well and let it cool down.
"Step 2"
Break the eggs and mix with sugar and vanilla essence in another bowl. Stir well. Slowly pour the melted chocolate and margarine while stirring the mixture. Add flour and cocoa powder. Stir until well combined.
"Step 3"
Make cheese sauce for brownie filling by mixing melted cheese, sweetened condensed milk with vanilla flavor, and egg yolks. Stir well.
"Step 4"
Take a container and provide baking paper. Pour half of the brownie mixture and flatten it. Leave some space in the middle of the brownies and pour the cheese sauce into it.
Flatten the dough again by gently slamming the container. Then, pour the brownie batter back to cover the dough.

Bake the brownies in an oven at a temperature of 170 degrees Celsius for 45 minutes. Make sure the heat is evenly distributed to avoid burning on one side. While waiting for the brownies to cook, prepare a container and a knife to cut them.
Serve brownies with tea or coffee without sugar to make it more delicious to serve in the afternoon and suitable as an energy booster after a day of activities. This menu can also be served for breakfast or as a snack for children during school.
