3 medium-sized white cabbage Salt to taste 1 piece of ginger 1 medium-sized onion 15 medium-sized cloves of garlic (if small-sized, add up to 20-25 cloves) 1 tablespoon of wheat flour 30 ml of water 200 grams of instant gochujang sauce 7 tablespoons of fish sauce Sufficient amount of chili powder Corn/honey syrup (optional) Carrot Chives
Step 1: Sprinkle salt as needed on each cabbage leaf and leave it for 3 hours. After that, cut the chives and carrots lengthwise.
Grate the ginger, onion, and garlic. "Grate it until it's really smooth," said Jonas Rivanno's wife. Add the ingredients gradually to make it easier to grind the seasoning. You can also add water to the seasoning.
Step 3Wash the mustard greens until they have a softer texture so that they don't taste too salty after sprinkling with salt. Step 4Dissolve the flour with water, then microwave the flour mixture for 30-40 seconds until thickened.
Mix the mustard greens with instant gochujang sauce, fish sauce, ground spices, chili powder, and flour batter. Stir until well combined.
