Ingredients for noodles:400 grams high protein flour200 grams water1 tsp saltNoodle seasoning:1 tbsp soy sauce1 tbsp garlic oil1/2 tsp sesame oil1/3 tsp pepperComplementary:Kecap chickenSteamed pokcoyGarlic oil
Step 1Mix flour, water, and salt, then knead until smooth using hands. After that, wrap the dough using plastic and let it sit for 30 minutes at room temperature.
Flatten the dough using a rolling pin until it reaches the desired thickness. Don't forget to sprinkle flour on top of the dough before using the rolling pin to prevent sticking.
Cut the dough according to taste with a slightly wide size. Pull the noodles by hand to make them longer and ensure a chewy texture and not easily broken.
Boil the noodles for 1 minute using boiling water until they become soft and chewy in texture. Add seasoning and toppings according to taste to make it more delicious.
Friend Dream can add soy sauce, garlic oil, sesame oil, and pepper as seasoning for the noodles. Meanwhile, the toppings can include chicken slices, boiled pokcoy, garlic oil, sliced green onions, or chili oil to make it more savory and spicy.
