Because the color indicates the level of antioxidants," said Dr. Raissa. Examples of vegetables that contain antioxidants are katuk leaves, kecombrang leaves, turmeric, temulawak, and ginseng. Meanwhile, fruits that are high in antioxidants are guava, mango, strawberry, and olives."

4. Consumption of Supplements
