How to Make Chocolate Cookies: The first step, sift the flour, cornstarch, cocoa powder, baking powder, and baking soda. Mix all the ingredients and add a little salt. Then, set aside. Prepare a bowl, then add margarine, powdered sugar, and granulated sugar. Mix at high speed until white and fluffy. Add eggs one by one into the margarine mixture while continuing to mix.
Make sure everything is evenly mixed, then add powdered vanilla and mix well, turn off the mixer. Next, gradually add the mixture of flour into the margarine dough. Do this process while stirring with a spatula until everything is thoroughly mixed. After it is evenly mixed, knead the dough until it is completely smooth and does not stick to the hands.
Shape the chocolate cookie dough: take the dough according to your preference, then flatten it. You can also use special molds if you want to make it more cute. After flattening, shape it into a round shape and add toppings on top. You can add toppings like chocochips, cashews, almonds, or anything according to your preference.
