Dream - Ayam kung pao or also known as gung bao or kung po, is one of the classic dishes from China. The name "Kung po" itself is taken from the honorary title of Ding Baozhen, a famous provincial official from Shandong.

Recipe Authentic Kung Pao Chicken

Ingredients:200 gr chicken fillet, cut into squares1 onion, sliced2 cloves of garlic, chopped2 red curly chili peppers, cut into squares1 spring onion, sliced into 3 cm pieces1 handful of fried cashew nuts1 tbsp oyster sauce1 tsp Worcestershire sauce1 tbsp cornstarchTo taste, powdered brothTo taste, pepper

               

How to Make: Mix all the marinade ingredients. Let it sit until the spices are absorbed. Heat the oil, fry the chicken until cooked and browned. Drain. Sauté the onions and chili with a little oil until fragrant. Add the chicken, mix well. Pour in all the sauce ingredients, mix well until the spices are fully absorbed. Taste and adjust seasoning. Add cashews and spring onions. Cook until wilted. The dish is ready to be served.

Recipe Simple Kung Pao Chicken

Ingredients: 4 pieces of chicken fillet breast 1 bongkol green mustard, washed and cut into pieces 2 stalks of spring onions, sliced 1 cup of cashew nuts ½ onion, cut into pieces 2 cloves of garlic 2 tablespoons of sweet soy sauce 1 tablespoon of tomato sauce 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce 1 tablespoon of sesame oil Salt to taste Pepper powder to taste

               

How to make: Clean the chicken, mix it with marinade ingredients. Let it sit in the refrigerator for 30-40 minutes. Fry the chicken until golden brown, remove it, drain it, and set it aside. Saute garlic, onion, and chili until fragrant. Add the fried chicken. Mix all the sauce ingredients, add them to the sauteed chicken along with the green mustard greens. Stir well. Adjust the taste. Add scallions, stir until well combined. The dish is ready to be served.

"Kung Pao Chicken with Paprika Recipe"

Ingredients: 300 gr chicken fillet 1 tbsp soy sauce 1 tbsp cornstarch ½ sachet garlic powder 1 sachet pepper powder 2 tbsp soy sauce 1 tbsp sugar 2 tbsp tomato sauce 2 tbsp teriyaki sauce ½ onion 3 cloves garlic ½ red bell pepper ½ green bell pepper 200 ml water

               

How to Make: Clean the chicken, dice it. Marinate with marinade. Let it sit in the refrigerator for 15-30 minutes. Slice the bell peppers, garlic, and onions. Fry the chicken until cooked and browned. Mix all the sauce ingredients, stir well and set aside. Sauté the onions and garlic until fragrant. Add the sliced bell peppers, stir well. Add the fried chicken and sauce mixture. Add a little water. Stir well and taste. Cook until the water reduces slightly. Add the fried cashew nuts. Stir well. Source: Diadona.
