Ingredients: 250 grams of glutinous rice flour, 100 grams of tapioca flour, 100 grams of powdered sugar, 1/2 teaspoon of salt, 1 chicken egg, 100 grams of white sesame seeds, Sufficient amount of water.

               

"How to Make:"

Mix glutinous rice flour, tapioca flour, powdered sugar, and salt in a bowl. Stir well. Add eggs and water gradually while kneading until the dough is evenly mixed and elastic. Shape the dough into small balls with a diameter of about 1 cm. Roll the dough balls in sesame seeds until the entire surface is coated. Heat cooking oil in a pan.
