Recipe Oyen Ice
Ingredients: 1 young coconut, scrape the flesh 1 ripe avocado, scrape the flesh 100 grams ripe jackfruit, dice 100 grams palm fruit 50 grams pearl sago, boil and drain 50 grams grass jelly, boil and drain 200 grams granulated sugar 500 ml water 2 pandan leaves Sweetened condensed milk Sufficient amount of ice cubes
Steps: Making syrup: Mix granulated sugar, water, and pandan leaves in a pan. Cook over medium heat until the sugar dissolves and boils. Turn off the heat and let it cool. Prepare the ingredients: Prepare all the fruits and other complementary ingredients. Serving: Put ice cubes into a serving bowl. Then, add young coconut, avocado, jackfruit, palm fruit, pearl sago, and grass jelly.
Pour syrup sugar and condensed milk to taste. Serve iced oyen while cold.
