Ingredients: 2 eggs, 2 tablespoons of liquid milk, 1 tablespoon of grated cheddar cheese, 1/2 finely chopped onion, 1/4 thinly sliced green bell pepper, 1 stalk of thinly sliced scallion, salt to taste, pepper powder to taste, 1 tablespoon of cooking oil or margarine.
How to Make: Beat the chicken eggs and liquid milk in a bowl until well mixed. Add onions, green bell peppers, spring onions, salt, and ground pepper. Stir again until well mixed. Heat frying oil or margarine in a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Pour the egg mixture into the skillet. Flatten and cook for 1-2 minutes until the bottom starts to cook. Place slices of cheddar cheese evenly on top of the two slices of bread that have been spread with condiments. Also, place some lettuce leaves on top of the cheese. Sprinkle a little salt and pepper on the lettuce to enhance the flavor. Cover the sandwich with the remaining two slices of bread. Press gently to flatten the contents. Cut the sandwich into two halves or according to the child's preference.

How to Make: Heat cooking oil in a frying pan. Sauté garlic and bird's eye chili until fragrant. Add onions (if using) and sausages, cook until the sausages are cooked. Add white rice, mix well with the seasoning and sausages. Season with sweet soy sauce, salt, and pepper powder. Mix well and cook until the fried rice is cooked and evenly mixed with the seasoning.
If you want to add eggs, make scrambled eggs on the edge of the pan, then mix it with fried rice. Cook the fried rice until all the ingredients are evenly mixed and cooked.
