"Simple Samosa Recipe"

Ingredients: 15 pieces of spring roll wrappers, 250 grams of ground beef, 1 potato (cut into small cubes), 2 cloves of garlic (finely crushed), 1/2 onion (cut into small cubes), 1 tablespoon of curry powder, 1/2 teaspoon of pepper powder, 1/2 teaspoon of broth powder, 100 ml of water, cooking oil, 1 tablespoon of wheat flour, salt, sugar.

               

How to Make: Sauté the garlic and onion until fragrant. Then, add curry powder and mix well. Add ground beef and potatoes. Stir continuously until well mixed. Add powdered broth, sugar, salt to taste, and water. Cook until the spices are absorbed and the water reduces. Taste and adjust the seasoning. In another container, dissolve wheat flour in a little water. Stir until thick like glue, set aside.

Take a sheet of spring roll skin, fill it with meat filling. Fold it into a triangular shape. Seal the edges with wheat glue. Repeat until the dough is finished. Heat the oil, fry the samosas over medium heat until they turn golden yellow. Remove and drain. Ready to be served.

Recipe Chicken and Vegetable Samosa

Ingredients:7 sheets of ready-to-use spring roll wrappers3 tablespoons of margarineCooking oil250 grams of minced chicken70 grams of carrots, cut into 0.5 cm cubes80 grams of green beans, sliced1 zucchini, cut into 0.5 cm cubes4 onions, chopped5 lime leaves1 tablespoon of curry powder1 teaspoon of Royco Chicken Stock

               

How to Make: Heat margarine, then sauté all finely ground ingredients. Add onions, lime leaves, curry powder, cook until fragrant. Add chicken meat, sauté briefly. Then, add carrots, green beans, and zucchini, sauté until half cooked. Add Royco chicken broth and granulated sugar, mix well. Then, add the flour solution, mix well again.

Lift, let it cool. Prepare the spring roll wrapper, divide it into three parts to form a rectangle. Next, take the spring roll wrapper and place the sautéed chicken filling on one side. Fold it into a triangle shape until the tip. Brush with a mixture of flour and water, repeat until everything is used up. Heat the oil, fry the samosa until cooked and golden brown.
