"Ingredients:"
- 500 grams of ground chicken - 4 cloves of garlic - 1 egg - 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce - 1 tablespoon of sesame oil - 9 tablespoons of wheat flour - 9 tablespoons of tapioca flour - 1 teaspoon of salt - ½ teaspoon of pepper - 1 teaspoon of ground pepper

- Mozzarella cheese - Wheat flour - Egg wash (mixture of 1 egg and a little water) - Bread crumbs
"How to Make"
Step 1: Mix the chicken with all the prepared ingredients except the mozzarella cheese. Mix and stir until well combined and the texture of the dough becomes smooth.
Step 2: Flatten the dough and fill it with diced mozzarella cheese. Then shape the dough into a round shape. Repeat this process until the dough is finished, using gloves that have been greased.
Step 3: Prepare wheat flour, bread flour, and egg yolk. Coat the dough that has been shaped into a round shape with wheat flour, then lift it and coat the dough with egg yolk. After that, wrap the dough with bread flour until it is fully wrapped.
Step 4: Chicken cheese balls are ready to be fried. Dream friends can also transfer the cheese balls into a container and store them in the freezer for future use.
