Dream - Jakarta Fashion Week (JFW) 2024, today October 23, 2023, officially opens. It serves as a platform for Indonesian designers, clothing brands, and fashion industry players to showcase their latest collections to the general public and relevant parties in the fashion industry. This year, JFW carries the theme Fashion Continuum: Bridging Generations.
According to Svida Alisjahbana, Chairwoman of Jakarta Fashion Week & CEO of GCM Group, at the Opening of Jakarta Fashion Week on Monday, October 23, 2023.
"Jakarta Fashion Week 2024 begins with the Celebration of the 44th Anniversary of the Fashion Designer Competition (LPM), featuring a parade of LPM alumni, LPA (Accessory Designer Competition), and LPMM (Menswear Designer Competition) from the beginning of the competition in 1979 until 2022."
In this exhibition, the collection that attracts attention is the creation of the famous designer, Ferry Sunarto. The collection showcases a white kebaya with a stunning yellow hint that captivates with its unique touch.
